Terms and Conditions for Promotional Station Fares

• Offer valid from 26th April until further notice.
• Promotional Fare applies to Adult and Child fares.
• Available Monday-Sunday during the promotional period.
• Offer applicable to Monthly Returns only.
• Promotional Station Fares are available to purchase at station Sales & Information Desks or from Conductors onboard trains between Belfast and Newry only. Online Web Fares are not available to purchase onboard trains or at stations.
• Enterprise Class fares can be purchased up to 14 days in advance.
• 1st Plus Fares can be purchased from stations, online or through the Contact Centre up to 28 days in advance.
• Refunds of unused tickets may be allowed at the discretion of the Company. An administrative charge of 20% of the VALUE OF THE REFUND will be levied on all refunds. A minimum charge of £1.50 and a maximum of £5.00 will be applied. Refunds will not be allowed in respect of lost tickets, and any fares paid due to a passenger’s failure to produce a valid ticket when requested.
